Ean A. Brandon attended Dixie from 2010-2013 and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Communication with an emphasis in leadership. While attending Dixie, as a sophomore and junior Ean served in Student Government as the Athletic Club Representative, The DCP club Vice President, The Futbol Club Vice President, President of the Service Club, X club member, and a DSU Student Alumni member. As a Senior he joined the Student Alumni Association and became the Vice President of Social Media and a member of Lambda Pi Eta (National Communication Honors society). He attributes his time in the DSU Student Alumni Association as some of his fondest memories at Dixie.

Ean grew up in Murray Utah. His father, Donald Brandon is from Tennessee and is a Hospital HVAC. His mother is an Elementary School Teacher who grew up in Holiday Utah. Ean was involved and Graduated from Murray High School with High Honors, he was also awarded the Kiwanis Leadership award for leadership in his community; he is an Eagle Scout, and a Member of the Order of the Arrow. He was also awarded the Sons of the Utah Pioneer’s Scholarship. Ean’s pioneer lineage is based around the Dalley and Riches family who settled a portion of Southern Utah, Ean also graduated high school with his Associates Degree from SLCC. He then attended SUU for one semester before leaving on his LDS mission to the Houston Texas East and Jacksonville Florida Missions. Upon returning home from his two year mission, he enrolled at Dixie State and fell in love with “Our Dear Dixie School”

While studying at Dixie, he worked for Sorenson Advertising, and shortly after partnered with the business senator at Dixie State to create their own marketing agency, which lead him to meeting the owner and being offered a job at a Nutritional manufacturing plant in St. George. Ean enjoyed his time learning the ins and outs of manufacturing and quickly matriculated to a larger conglomerate of nutrition and marketing efforts, based out of Atlanta, Georgia called Private Label Nutra/ Avexyl Pharma. Ean said goodbye to the sweet red sands of Dixie in 2014 and headed for Georgia.

Ean currently is a private contractor for Avexyl Pharma and operates as their International Account Executive. Ean travels to major international hubs of business like: London, Dubai, Geneva, Rome, Vancouver, and Hong Kong. Ean was awarded the coveted Account Manager of the Year award for outstanding business production and work ethic. While living in Atlanta, Ean met and fell in love with his darling wife Katy. She was a top ranked cross country runner at the prestigious Oglethorpe University in downtown Atlanta. As the opportunity presented itself, Ean and Katy made the decision to move back to Saint George, for Ean to work remotely and for Katy to continue her education at Dixie State University.

Ean and Katy bought a home that overlooks the historic downtown St. George and the D on the hill. Ean works from a home office while Katy continues to study Psychology and runs cross country for Dixie State. They enjoy canyoneering, hiking, swimming, traveling, and walking their two spoiled dogs Buster Bluth and Petey.
