Rental price includes a one-time set-up and take down of tables and chairs
(For example, if you have an outside ceremony first, then an inside reception, alumni house staff will set up outside chairs/tables, and you will be responsible to move the tables and chairs back inside for your reception.)
Please provide a floor plan diagram indicating how tables and chairs should be arranged.
*****Facility renters must provide their own decorations, food, servers, and basic clean up.*****
Rental Supplies Included:
8- five foot round tables (seats 8 each), 4- six foot banquet tables, 1- three foot round cake table, & 1- small glass guest book table is provided.
140 chairs are available; max seating in Great Room is 110 chairs in theater-style rows.
**The following items are also available with pre-event arrangements: Easels, Linens at an additional cost ($7 each), DVD player, electric piano, & bridal changing room.
